Growing up, I saw the purity of traditional dairy practices slowly disappear, replaced by shortcuts, chemicals, and mass production. That never sat right with me.

I chose ghee because it represents purity, health, and our roots. Traditional A2 ghee, made using the Bilona method, is not just food — it’s nourishment, culture, and wellness passed down through generations. I founded this dairy to bring back honesty into what we consume daily, to offer families ghee they can truly trust, just like it was made in our grandparents’ homes.

This journey is my way of combining education with purpose — respecting tradition while building a sustainable, ethical dairy brand. For me, this is not just a business; it’s a responsibility towards health, heritage, and future generations.
